Completed appliance repairs from Transcona Appliance Repair are backed by a 90-day repair warranty, subject to the coverage conditions outlined below.
The warranty is intended for a recurrence of the issue addressed by the completed repair. It does not automatically cover unrelated appliance problems.
Warranty coverage relates to the repair work completed during the original service and the problem addressed at that time.
If the covered problem returns within the 90-day warranty period, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Keep the service or repair information associated with the original visit, as it may be needed when reviewing warranty coverage.
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair performed and does not apply in the following situations.
Once the warranty period has ended, a new service appointment may be required to diagnose and address the appliance problem.
The warranty does not extend automatically to unrelated parts or new problems that were not included in the original repair.
Clogs and blockages are not covered by the repair warranty.
Problems caused directly or indirectly by misuse or improper operation of the appliance are outside the warranty.
Damage caused by the user after the completed repair is not considered a warranty repair.
Damage or malfunction caused by foreign objects entering pumps, motors or other mechanical components is not covered.
If you believe the problem covered by your repair has returned during the 90-day warranty period, contact Transcona Appliance Repair and describe what has changed.
Contact us if you have questions about your repair, warranty period or whether a returning appliance problem may be covered.
